We are currently recruiting a *female Wellbeing Case Worker for Rainbow Hearts.
The Wellbeing Case Worker will provide 1-to-1 holistic support for women seeking asylum who have experienced complex trauma. You will work alongside women to improve their wellbeing and develop strategies that enable stabilisation.
We are looking for a woman who has the skills and experience to develop individual support plans with women tackling issues connected to mental health and wellbeing, safety, isolation and relationships. We need a candidate who can demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment for the project, have an insight into complex trauma experienced by women within the asylum seeking process and be able to support women in dealing with emotive and sensitive issues.
You will work with the two Project Workers who facilitate the group work at Rainbow Hearts and bring passion, energy, empathy and ideas to this vital work. You will be available for work each Tuesday, attending group sessions as part of your role.
This is a fixed-term contract funded by Lloyds Bank Foundation England & Wales until 31st May 2021, start date as soon as possible.
12 hours per week, salary £25,951 (pro rata).
