In a world where we hear so much negative, it can sometimes be hard to see the positives. We can easily loose sight of the good around us, of the good that we do, and of all the things that we achieve. Here at Women’s Health Matters we have all had our ups and downs during this difficult and confusing time and have all had days where we have struggled. To help us through we thought it might be helpful to focus on the things, big and small, that we we are proud of that have helped us through.
