Our Menopause Awareness and Wellbeing Training Session is a one-hour interactive session designed to inform, support and empower our team. Delivered in person at your chosen venue, this session is ideal for workplaces looking to foster a supportive environment for staff navigating menopause.

Why Does This Matter in the Workplace?

Research conducted by the Fawcett Society shows that 1 in 4 people experiencing menopause consider leaving their jobs due to symptoms, while 1 in 10 actually do. By increasing awareness and offering practical support, you can help your team feel valued, understood and empowered to thrive at work.

What to Expect from the Session?

During this engaging and supportive session, participants will:

  • Gain a better understanding or perimenopause and menopause symptoms

  • Explore how their workplace can better support those experiencing perimenopause and menopause

  • Discover helpful resources to support themselves or their colleagues

  • Learn practical self-care strategies and how to build them into their daily routine

  • Take part in a self-care activity designed to encourage wellbeing.

What Makes Our Training Unique?

As a women-only organisation, we bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this training. We've introduced our own workplace support systems and understand first-hand what can make a real difference. Our sessions are practical, interactive, and designed to leave participants with useful takeaways they can implement right away.

Practical Details

  • Delivered in parson at your chosen venue

  • Suitable for groups of up to 12 peple

  • Attendees will receive self-care activities, handouts, and additional resources tot ake away
