In a bid to raise awareness of the importance of physical health, its positive impact on mental well-being and to raise £10,000 to continue this work, the WHM staff team attempted to walk an incredible 1 MILLION steps every week for 8 weeks - starting 17th November.

After a challenging 8 weeks, the team walked an incredible 7.2million steps and raised an amazing £2,500.

Women's Health Matters would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported us with our cause.
