We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who ran, volunteered, or donated. We appreciate it and we want you to know that it will make a difference.

Jane Tomlinson's Run for All Leeds 10k was yesterday (Sunday 14th June 2026). Over 5,500 people took part, with many running to raise money for charities and causes close to their hearts.
Since it's launch in 2006, this annual race has brought together runners of all ages and abilities showcasing the incredible spirit and community of Leeds year after year.
The race begins at he Parkinson steps at the University of Leeds, heading towards Headingley, reaching half way point near Meanwood Beck, routing back towards the city and finishing on the Headrow in the heart of Leeds.
WHM Team 2026!
This year's Women's Health Matters team was a true reflection of our community.
Our runners included sponsors, supporters, staff members, first-time fundraisers and women who have accessed from our services themselves.
How much did we manage to raise?
As of the 15th June 2026 we have raised an incredible....
£5462.75
through 17 fundraising pages and 298 donors!
We are delighted to share that we have smashed our target of £5000. This would not have been possible without the kindness and generosity of everyone who supported our team. Thank you for helping us to go above and beyond our goal!

What will the money be used for?
The funds raised will help support the day-to-day work of Women's Health Matters, enabling us to continue providing vital services to women across Leeds.
Your donations will help fund:
Domestic violence peer support groups
Social support groups for women seeking asylum
Our digital lending library
Community activities and wellbeing programmes
Safe, welcoming spaces where women can access support and build connections
Every pound raised helps us maintain a friendly, supportive environment where women can find practical help, friendship, and a sense of belonging.
In addition, a portion of the funds will support our Rainbow Hearts Project, which provides social support for women seeking asylum. This year marks the project's 15th anniversary, and we're looking forward to celebrating this important milestone.

There's still time to donate
You can still donate today and help us to continue providing life-changing support to women across Leeds.
Once again, thank you to every runner, donor, and supporter. together, you've helped make a lasting difference!
